- Processing Time: We ship within 1 business day.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are based on order size and weight. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Refund: Items purchased from Soleus are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Store Credit: Items returned between 15–30 days of the delivery date will receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

No Returns or Store Credit: Returns or Store Credit cannot be processed for items returned after 30 days.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale/clearance items, tights, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase on account is required.

How to Return:
- Returns must be made within the appropriate window (14 days for refunds or 15–30 days for store credit).

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
