SHIPPING

  • Processing Time: We ship within 1 business day.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are based on order size and weight. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

RETURNS

  • Refund: Items purchased from Soleus are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Store Credit: Items returned between 15–30 days of the delivery date will receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

  • No Returns or Store Credit: Returns or Store Credit cannot be processed for items returned after 30 days.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale/clearance items, tights, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase on account is required.

  • How to Return:

    • Returns must be made within the appropriate window (14 days for refunds or 15–30 days for store credit).

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact [email protected].

  • Late Returns: Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
